I became a therapist because I believe that real change starts with feeling truly seen. I know how hard it can be to carry everything on your own, and how relieving it is to finally have someone in your corner.
My style is warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. Clients often tell me they feel like they can breathe easier when they come into session — that this is one of the few places where they don’t have to have it all figured out.
I work with people navigating transitions, relationships, stress, and the ups and downs of everyday life. My goal isn’t to “fix” you — it’s to walk alongside you, offer perspective, and help you connect more deeply with yourself.
